The spot to start your morning. Opens at 7a, so you can grab a delicious coffee before you set out for a bike ride. Whether you prefer hot, iced, or blended coffee, they’ve got you covered. They have an extensive breakfast menu with all the favorites, as well as a grab-and-go case. If smoothies are your thing, they’ve got that too!

Lunch & Dinner

Hours: 11a-10p
Duos: All-American Eats
Duos All-American Eats offers burgers, fries, hot dogs, sandwiches, and salads. They have a lot of customizable toppings and additions for whatever you choose. And for picky eaters, Duos has you covered with mac-n-cheese, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, or even a PB&J Uncrustable.
Local Smoke
Local Smoke is a BBQ joint specializing in pork, brisket, turkey, and sausage. You can choose from BBQ nachos, sandwiches, or platters. And they have all the necessary sides like potato salad, mac-n-cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and more.
Mile Marker 15
Mile Marker 15 serves up tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. There are lots of filling and sauce options for various taste buds. Try one of their burrito bowls for something a little different.

Tackle Box
Tackle Box is the place for seafood lovers. Although its price tag makes it the most expensive dining option, this menu is sure to satisfy your seafood cravings, with everything from crab cakes to lobster mac & cheese.
Louie’s Una Pizza
Louie’s Una Pizza is the newest addition to the food hub. They are family-owned and make a tremendous thin-crusted pizza. Try the Louie’s Special if you like supreme pizzas or the Sausage & Pepperoni if you have a veggie aversion.
Dessert

Mr. Freeze delivers all things ice cream. From scooped ice cream to soft serve, it’s all yummy! Watch out because those toppings add up quickly at $1 per topping. They also create classic and unique shakes. That Banana Pudding shake is something special!!
Duos also has a few sweet treats. So, if you’re already grabbing your meal here, add on a dessert. Options include rice crispy bar, chocolate cookie, double chocolate brownie, and banana pudding.
Sugar Wave is the best stop for all the candy and cute kid gifts money can buy. They have a lot of pre-packaged sweets to browse, and a wall of candy dispensers filled with fun flavors to make your own bag.

The Bar Scene

There are two main bars. The outside bar and the Duos bar make ordering your adult beverages convenient while the kids chill on the lawn for family movie night (usually Wednesdays at 7p). Check out their bar menu here.
Retail Therapy
After you’ve stuffed your bellies with all the food and drinks you can carry, walk off those calories by checking out the local shops. You’ll find everything from trendy beachwear to unique gifts and souvenirs. You can even make plans to rent a bike. Forget to pack something? Pick it up at the general store. Or check out this Florida Packing List before you leave home.
Kids Shops
Build-A-Bear

Build-A-Bear is my kid’s favorite shopping experience. We visited this location recently and added a new Stitch to our collection. It’s a small shop, but they had a great selection.
The Arcade
The Arcade recently opened at The Big Chill 30A. It is open from 7a to 10p. There are a handful of games that will keep your kids busy for a good hour, and I’m sure they will add more as time goes on. You just load up a gaming card and let them run wild.

Bike Rentals
Frankie’s Bike Shop has everything you’ll need to get you going on your next biking adventure. Services include repairs, adjustments, cleaning, and even assembling a new bike you may have ordered.

Salt Air 30A is the rental side of Frankie’s, and they offer rentals of bikes and accessories for all ages and needs. Rent the standard beach cruiser, or opt for the Townie Go! Electric bike. And if you need to tow a child or two, they have baby seats and child trailers to reserve as well.
